Add Perp V1 Liquidity

Add liquidity to the KLP Pool and receive staked KLP, earning you revenue shares from the swaps and leverage trading-fees in KAVA.

1. Connect your wallet

In order to provide Perpetual V1 liquidity, head to: https://kinetix.finance/apps/pool and connect your wallet.

Make sure you are on the 'Perpetual V1 Liquidity' Tab.

2. Add or withdraw Liquidity

To start adding or withdrawing liquidity, click on the button 'Add Liquidity' or 'Withdraw Liquidity'.

All the information you need to know about the KLP pool is visible on the right hand side of the Perpetual Liquidity Dashboard, including:

• Price

• APR

• Total supply

• Your Wallet holdings

In order to add or withdraw to/from the KLP pool, simply choose the token you want to provide/withdraw liquidity and enter the amount:

Note that you can provide liquidity to the KLP Pool using: KAVA, axlETH, WETH, axlWBTC, ATOM, and USDt.

The price for Minting & Redeeming Liquidity is calculated based on:

• The total worth of assets in the index, including profits and losses of open positions / KLP supply

The fees can vary based on the asset you wish to add liquidity for KLP.

• You can therefore enter the requested amount of KLP or asset to be added into the interface and compare the fees on the dashboard shown above.

Rebalancing

The fees to mint or redeem KLP tokens vary depending on whether the action aligns with the protocol's needs at that time or not.

For example, if the index contains a large percentage of USDT and a small percentage of ATOM, actions that increase the amount of USDT will have a higher fee, while actions that decrease the amount of USDT will have a lower fee.

In short, by providing or redeeming the most or least sought-after assets in the protocol, you can lower your fees.
